Terms of Service

FOR WEDDING, PORTRAIT AND COMMERCIAL CLIENTS

We obviously love to have our clients, couples, their friends & family share images across their socials. The reason we have in our contract a clause about not manipulating the images with extra cropping or adding of instagram filters is because we like to showcase our editing style in it's original form, in case people think we edit like an instagram filter! You have booked us for our style & we thank you in advance for your understanding that it is very important for our marketing & as a reflection of our brand across all platforms for our work to maintain the standard you have chosen us for.

Thank you for crediting us accordingly in your posts: @freedomgarveyphotographer

FOR WEDDING VENDORS

Images are given free of watermarks because watermarks don't look great! So the terms of use for wedding vendors are you have to give credit to 'Freedom Garvey Photography' when using the images - if you're sharing on Instagram then use our Instagram credit, when crediting on Facebook then use our Facebook credit etc. Website is http://freedomgarvey.com.au | Instagram is @freedomgarveyphotographer | Facebook is facebook.com/freedomgarveyphotographer

No (as in zero) editing of the images is allowed. Instagram filters are terrible, and this includes cropping. For Instagram and Facebook, credit must be given in the description when the image is first posted, not in the comments.

Thank you in advance for your understanding that we work on a zero-strike policy - so failure to credit 'Freedom Garvey Photographer' correctly or editing the photos will result in a takedown request and we will retract the offer to use the photos. We understand that this sounds harsh - however we are extending vendors a select number of free images for their marketing and we appreciate the courtesy of crediting & adhering to the copyright terms & conditions of use.

Note that this does NOT cover usage for anything outside of your social media and website use. For any other usage (eg print, advertising) please contact us directly. Images are not to be submitted to blogs or given to other vendors without contacting us in writing first to obtain permission or to find out the steps required to do so. Thank you!
